Saquan Hall, a 23-year-old resident of Alexandria, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 2, 2016. The incident occurred in the early morning hours when Hall traveled to the 1000 block of First Street in Alexandria. There, he encountered DiJuan Marquie Clark, a 32-year-old Alexandria resident.
