In the early morning hours of August 29, 2019, the life of 25-year-old Eric Lanier Tate II was tragically cut short in Woodbridge, Virginia. A Black male, Mr. Tate was found by Prince William County police suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the vicinity of Bel Air Road and Jeffries Road. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
