Christopher Jermaine Williams, a 28-year-old resident of Woodbridge, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2018. Williams, along with 18-year-old Israel Gamez Jr. from Stafford, was found fatally shot inside a car in a wooded area along Brandy Moor Loop in Woodbridge.
