In the early morning hours of May 30, 2016, a single act of violence cut short the life of 23-year-old Johnnie Pablito Kamara in Woodbridge, Virginia. The young man was in the parking lot of a hookah bar located in the 300 block of Golansky Boulevard when the sound of gunfire shattered the night at approximately 2:20 a.m. Responding officers discovered Kamara suffering from a gunshot wound.
