In the evening hours of September 13, 2025, a violent altercation in Woodbridge, Virginia, claimed the life of 35-year-old David Kapay Kallo. The incident unfolded in the 13700 block of Telegraph Road, where an argument escalated to gunfire. When Prince William County Police officers arrived at the scene around 7:00 PM, they discovered Kallo suffering from a gunshot wound.
