David Kapay Kallo, 35, a male from Fredericksburg, was shot and killed in the early evening of September 13, 2025, along the 13700 block of Telegraph Road in Woodbridge, Virginia. He was Black/African American. Officers were called around 7 p.m. and found David Kapay Kallo, 35, deceased at the scene, while a second victim, a 27-year-old man, fled into a nearby restaurant and was later treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
