Neighbors heard the sirens first, then watched as officers converged on the 12900 block of Kenmar Drive in Woodbridge, Virginia, just before 5:45 p.m. on July 31, 2025. Inside the home, police found Souksavanh Inthilat, 42, male, mortally wounded from gunfire; alongside him, a 70-year-old female relative suffered life-threatening injuries.
