Jose Moises Garcia Flores, a 40-year-old resident of Woodbridge, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of October 8, 2016. The incident occurred at the Bayvue Apartments located in the 1400 block of Bayside Avenue. According to reports, police responded to a call about gunshots at approximately 5:56 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Garcia Flores with fatal gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
