Edward Renardo Brown Jr., a 23-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on March 4, 2020, in Hampton, Virginia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Manchester Drive. Hampton police received a call about a deceased individual at approximately 6:30 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Brown's body.
