On a Tuesday evening in Chesapeake, Virginia, the life of 19-year-old X'Zavier Jhi'Shawn Roberts was tragically cut short. On June 30, 2020, police responded to a call about an injured person in the 1700 block of Hoover Avenue around 9:11 p.m..
