Jamal Sampson, a 28-year-old U.S. Army veteran from Hampton, Virginia, was tragically found dead on April 25, 2015, in Chesapeake, Virginia. Sampson, who had served two tours in Afghanistan and suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, was discovered in his silver Mercedes at an apartment complex on Lake Village Drive.
