In the quiet community of Roanoke County, Virginia, the life of 31-year-old Julian Brown was abruptly ended on the night of October 26, 2020. A call to the Roanoke County Police Department at approximately 10:22 p.m. reported a man with life-threatening injuries at a residence on Thirlane Road. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Brown deceased, having sustained what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
