Daniel Barry Mason, aged 47, tragically lost his life on January 1, 1995, in Roanoke, Virginia. Born on April 25, 1947, in Waynesboro, he was the son of Edward T. and Ethel Philips Mason. Daniel served in the U.S. Navy and worked at Wayne-Tex in Waynesboro. His death was part of a horrific incident that shocked the local community.
