Michael Cardona Santamarina, a 22-year-old resident of Roanoke, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 5, 2018, following a shooting incident on Burks Street SW. The incident occurred around 1:40 p.m., when both Santamarina and another victim, Troy Savion Gastelo, were found shot inside a vehicle.
