In the early morning hours of February 27, 2021, the life of 19-year-old Grayson William Babbs was tragically cut short in Richmond, Virginia. Officers from the Richmond Police Department responded to a call at approximately 2:11 a.m. regarding a person shot in the 900 block of St. Paul Street.
