Jerome Williams, aged 52, was tragically shot to death on November 5, 2018, in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred in the Randolph neighborhood, specifically in the 1200 block of Lakeview Avenue, not far from Clark Springs Elementary School. Police responded to a report of a person shot just before 12:30 p.m. and found Williams suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
