In the early hours of August 18, 2013, the life of 40-year-old Victor Amilcar Soriano-Aviles was tragically cut short in what police have described as a home-invasion robbery. A Hispanic male, Mr. Soriano-Aviles was at his residence on Clarkson Road in Richmond, Virginia, when the violent encounter unfolded.
