On April 12, 2015, 16-year-old Santos Hercules was tragically shot and killed in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at approximately 3:40 a.m. near the 700 block of Polo Drive South. Columbus Police officers were initially dispatched to the area after multiple reports of gunshots, and upon arrival, they found Santos with critical injuries. Despite efforts to save him, Santos succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead shortly after the police arrived on the scene.
