On July 1, 2021, a promising young life was cut short when 21-year-old Brandon Tyler Hensley was fatally shot in Roanoke, Virginia. The incident occurred around 5:00 p.m. in the 3800 block of Panorama Avenue NW, at The Cove at Peter's Creek apartment complex.
