Dylan Poonsammy, a 24-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on the night of October 24, 2021. According to the Richmond Police Department, Dylan was shot multiple times at the Rivertowne Apartments on Westover Hills Boulevard. He was pronounced dead at the scene due to the severity of his injuries. The incident occurred around 9:50 PM, and despite the efforts of the police and emergency responders, Dylan could not be saved.
