In the early hours of November 28, 2022, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a fatal shooting in Anvik, Alaska. The victim, 59-year-old Lynn Maillelle, was found deceased from gunshot wounds at approximately 3:35 a.m. The Alaska Bureau of Investigation promptly responded to the scene to commence a preliminary investigation into the incident.
