In the late hours of a Friday night in Trenton, New Jersey, the life of 26-year-old Jibri Chisholm was tragically cut short. On September 14, 2018, just before midnight, gunfire erupted on Bond Street, near Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
