On a spring evening in Trenton, New Jersey, the sounds of a basketball game at Martin Luther King Park were shattered by a barrage of gunfire. It was April 5, 2020, and a large group had gathered, enjoying the day, when several individuals approached from a nearby street and opened fire into the crowd.
