In the afternoon hours of October 6, 2018, the life of 27-year-old Jovany Torres was tragically cut short on the streets of Camden, New Jersey. Torres, a Hispanic/Latino male known affectionately by his family and friends as 'Macho,' was found lying on the ground at the intersection of 27th and Berkley streets in East Camden, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
