Keon Sterlan Rooks, a 34-year-old resident of Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on September 9, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:35 a.m., on the 11600 block of Stout. Rooks was fatally shot multiple times with a handgun. The Detroit medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
