Sammuel Dequane Newell, a 20-year-old resident of Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on the night of December 13, 2017. The incident occurred on Detroit's east side, specifically in the 9100 block of Boleyn, just north of Interstate 94 and west of Cadieux.
