In the winter of 2018, a tragedy unfolded in Grand Rapids, Michigan, forever altering the lives of a local family. Two-year-old King Josiah Talbert and his 46-year-old grandmother, Germaine Brown, were found shot to death in their home on Montgomery Street SE on January 17, 2018.
