On a Thursday evening in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the life of James Anthony White, a 34-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On October 15, 2020, at approximately 10:30 p.m., police responded to reports of gunfire in the area of Eastern Avenue SE and Oakdale Street SE. Arriving at the scene, officers discovered White in an alley between Adams Street SE and Oakdale Street SE.
