Tony Dwayne Vaughn, aged 58, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2022, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Vaughn, along with Freddie James Lusk, also 58, was found with gunshot wounds near Martin Luther King Jr. Street and Eastern Avenue. Despite the efforts of the responding officers from the Grand Rapids Police Department (GRPD), both men succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
