Jashaun Kelrick Morgan, a 28-year-old resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan, tragically lost his life on Sunday, June 2, 2024. The incident occurred in downtown Grand Rapids, near a popular entertainment area along Cesar Chavez Avenue, at approximately 1 AM.
Morgan was one of two victims fatally shot in the incident. The other victim was identified as 31-year-old Eliot Flores. A third person was also injured in the shooting, sustaining a gunshot wound to the leg, but is expected to survive
