In the early hours of June 2, 2024, a night out in Grand Rapids, Michigan, turned fatal for 31-year-old Eliot 'Rico' Flores. The incident unfolded around 1 a.m. near the intersection of Cesar E. Chavez Avenue and Cherry Street as local bars were closing.
