Giovanni Smith, a 20-year-old from Pontiac, Michigan, tragically lost his life on August 21, 2019, in a fatal shooting incident. The events leading to his death unfolded outside a townhome on Lydia Lane in Pontiac. According to reports, the altercation began when a group of people, including Smith, arrived at the residence of Gregory Boswell. The group was concerned for Boswell's then-girlfriend, Ashley Cousino, who was there to collect her belongings as the couple was breaking up.
