Nedrick Stewart Jr., a 15-year-old resident of Leland, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on April 29, 2013. His body was discovered near the North Leland Estates apartment complex around 8:30 p.m. that evening. The young teenager had suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the head, chest, and arm. The Washington County Coroner, Methel Johnson, confirmed that the state crime lab completed an autopsy, which ruled Nedrick's death as a homicide.
