In March of 2020, the life of 19-year-old Michael Harvey Jr. was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Leland, Mississippi. The incident, which also involved another individual being targeted but not struck, led to an investigation by the Leland Police Department.

The investigation identified Clemell Bogan, Jr. as the suspect in the shooting death of Michael Harvey. Following his arrest, Bogan, Jr. was indicted on charges of First Degree Murder and Aggravated Assault. The case proce ...
