In the summer of 2022, the quiet community of Tribbett, near Leland, Mississippi, was shaken by the violent death of a beloved resident. Ben Walker III, a 74-year-old male, was found deceased on June 30, 2022. The cause of his death was a gunshot wound, leading the Washington County Sheriff's Office to launch a homicide investigation.
