In the spring of 2018, the life of a promising young man from Natchez, Mississippi, was tragically cut short. LaVell Whittley Jr., a 16-year-old male, was found deceased by paramedics on April 6, 2018. The circumstances surrounding his death pointed to a likely accidental shooting that occurred in a friend's garage.
