In the early morning hours of Sunday, March 23, 2014, a domestic disturbance call led to the fatal shooting of 73-year-old Gail Dean Fairless, a White male, by Oklahoma City police officers. The incident unfolded at a residence on the northwest side of the city, culminating in a confrontation that left the elderly man dead.

Four officers, identified as David Hollis II, Jeff Coffey, Jonathan Davis, and Anthony Pundsack, responded to the scene. According to police reports, they encountered ...
