Deborah Ann Fogel, a 33-year-old legal secretary, tragically lost her life on July 1, 1993, during the infamous 101 California Street massacre in San Francisco. On that fateful day, Gian Luigi Ferri, armed with multiple firearms, entered the high-rise office building and opened fire, killing eight people and wounding six others before taking his own life.
