Death by Force

On March 24, 2024, San Francisco police responded to a reported shooting at a residence on Dwight Street near San Bruno Avenue in the Portola neighborhood. Upon arrival around 8:44 p.m., officers discovered Florinda "Flo" Picazo, 48, and her husband, Oscar Picazo, 49, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
