On February 15, 2017, the life of 34-year-old Christopher William Coffelt, a white male, was cut short in his lifelong home of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was fatally shot at a residence on the 6300 block of S. Richmond Avenue, an event that marked the city's 10th homicide of the year. Coffelt, born on September 9, 1982, was remembered as a man who cherished his family, especially his children, and had a deep passion for music, enjoying the art of playing numerous instruments.
