In Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of 42-year-old Carlos Record, a male, came to a violent end on Saturday, March 25, 2017. He was discovered inside a residence near Apache and North Peoria, having been fatally shot. The nature of his death immediately prompted a homicide investigation by the Tulsa police.
