In the early afternoon of Thursday, March 8, 2018, a dispute outside the Apache Manor Apartments in Tulsa, Oklahoma, took a tragic turn, ending the life of 15-year-old Tommy Leigh Thompson. The young man, a male with a promising future who was expected to graduate high school a year early, was fatally wounded when gunfire erupted around 12:00 p.m. at the apartment complex located at 2496 North Marion.
