In the early evening of November 6, 2021, a fatal encounter unfolded inside a north Tulsa residence that would end the life of 51-year-old Richard Paul Wameling. An argument erupted between two men within the home, located near Pine and Xanthus. The dispute quickly escalated, culminating in a single, tragic gunshot.
