In the early morning hours of a Tuesday in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of 20-year-old Dusten Fuentes was tragically cut short. On June 28, 2016, Fuentes and another man were riding bicycles near East Independence Street and North Pittsburg Avenue when they were targeted in a shooting. A passenger in a passing car opened fire, striking Fuentes and wounding his companion. Fuentes was rushed to St. John Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries at 7:10 a.m.
