On the evening of September 30, 2022, 18-year-old Fedro Givens, a male, was at the Echo Trail Apartments near 61st and Highway 169 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was around 7:30 PM when the young man, who had recently graduated from Union High School with plans to obtain a Commercial Driver's License, encountered another teenager. Witnesses later recounted that Kaleb Pelton, who was 16 years old at the time, approached Givens, asked him a question, and then brandished a gun, shooting him multiple times ...
