In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in August 2016, the life of 36-year-old Kyle Thomas, a male resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was tragically cut short in a wave of violence that began with a robbery and ended in his death. Thomas was waiting in his vehicle at a QuikTrip located near 21st Street and 129th East Avenue when he was approached by an armed individual.
The assailant, later identified as Deonte Green, shot Thomas during what authorities believe was a robbery attempt.
