On a Sunday evening in May, 13-year-old Jordan Dwayne Sigli was getting out of a vehicle to attend a birthday party at Tanzi Sports Bar in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was May 20, 2012, a night that would end in tragedy. As Jordan stood outside the venue, a car drove by, and someone inside opened fire into the crowd gathered for the celebration. Jordan was struck by a bullet in the chest.
