Murdered

On November 20, 2023, 46-year-old Paul Nelson Schultz was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Dollar General store near East Pine Street and North Yale Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Surveillance footage revealed that Schultz, who was both an employee of the store and experiencing homelessness, was approached by 38-year-old Thomas Lee Knox. The two engaged in a confrontation, during which Knox shot Schultz in the leg before fleeing the scene.
