In the early hours of a Monday morning in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of 46-year-old Paul Nelson Schultz was tragically cut short. Just before 1:00 a.m. on November 20, 2023, deputies were dispatched to the parking lot of a Dollar General store located at 1504 N Yale Ave following a report of a man down. Upon arrival, they discovered Schultz had been shot. He was swiftly transported to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he died later that day.
