Stephen Moran, aged 45, was shot in the head on November 22, 2013, while driving his Mazda RX-8 near 53rd Street and Peoria Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The incident occurred around 2:20 a.m., and as a result of being shot, Moran lost control of the vehicle, which then crashed into the Corner Café.
