In the early days of 2017, tragedy struck in Tulsa, Oklahoma, when a man lost his life in a violent encounter. Jeffrey Gooden, a 60-year-old male, was identified as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred at the Riverview Park Apartments in the western part of the city.
