Valen Roy Hotomanie, a 23-year-old man from Wolf Point, Montana, was last seen on November 15, 1995. According to reports, two men allegedly assaulted him and then threw him off a bridge into the Missouri River. Despite the suspects being arrested a month after the incident and charged with aggravated assault, they were released, and no further convictions were made.
